Cordon Bleu Cooking School, Florence, Italy

cordon-bleu-icon.jpgWe just finished (well, almost finished - a website is never done) the new Cordon Bleu Cooking School website for our friends Gabriella Mari and Cristina Blasi. It took a while, but we think we got it right and that they are happy with it. If you are coming to Florence and want to take a cooking course, for fun, or as a professional, this is the place. They are passionate and professional in their craft, and the school has just been remodeled and all their equipments is new. Check them out when you get a chance.

florence-on-line.jpgThis is our third year in Florence and I am finally getting serious about Florence-On-Line. We have the back end pretty much finished (running Movable Type 4), and now it is all about adding content and building traffic. There are a lot of websites for Florence and many of them are pretty awful - with outdated information and an obvious lack of maintenance. Hopefully we won't be just adding to the noise, but offering something worthwhile - fresh and timely information that is updated often, and sharing our knowledge of this wonderful city through the commenting system and the forums.
